Mercedes-Benz Concept BlueZero is the model of style, utility and efficiency. This luxury ride will be built on a platform that can accomodate three differernt drive trains: E-Cell, E-Cell Plus and F-Cell.
- E-Cell - employs a lithium-ion battery-electric drive that has a range of 120 miles.
- F-Cell - employs a hydrogen fuel-cell with a 248 mile range
- E-Cell Plus - employs a plug-in electric hybrid that uses a gas engine to recharge the battery and provide an extended range of up to 370 miles and easy refueling for longer trips.
