With its convection technology, the 24" x 24" panel heater takes a room's cool air and heats it between the heating panel and the wall. But the most amazing part is that unlike standard space heaters, the ECO-heater doesn't use a whopping 1500 watts - it uses only 400 watts and it only uses about 4 cents of electricity per hour to operate. Blue Jean Insulation
Leaky windows, cracks in the wall, and weak insulation is a formula for cold toes and painful heating bills. If you're tired of feeling your warm air escape into the could outdoors, new insulation might be just what the doctor ordered. Several companies have started to offer eco-friendly insulation options made from recycled blue jeans. Although it might seem strange to stuff your walls with old pants, blue jean insulation resists microbial growth, contains no formaldehyde, is an LEED eligle product, and is Class A fire rated.

Even when the weather outside is frightful, the sun still shines, and that means you can take advantage of it to heat your home.
