    BMW’s Vision EfficientDynamics Concept will be debuted in a couple weeks in Frankfurt but they have begun sharing the details.  According to BMW this plug-in hybrid vehicle will a 1.5 liter 3 cylinder turbo-diesel engine that can bring this beauty from 0 to 62 mph in 4.8 seconds yet will be able to get 62.6 MPG!
